Director of Neuropsychology

Build and lead the future of Neuropsychology at CBC.

Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants (CBC) is seeking a Director of Neuropsychology to lead and grow our Neuropsychology program. Following the departure of our former Director, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial neuropsychologist who is excited by the opportunity to take an established service area and help shape its next chapter.

This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who has been licensed and practicing in neuropsychology for at least two years, particularly with children and adolescents, and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

As Director, you will have the opportunity to help build the future of Neuropsychology at CBC. You will have a meaningful voice in shaping the program, developing clinical services, mentoring clinicians and trainees, strengthening referral relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

You will also be joining a broader behavioral health organization with a strong reputation for evidence-based care and the opportunity to work alongside internationally recognized psychologists and CBT and DBT leaders, including CBC founders Dr. Alec Miller and Dr. Lata McGinn.

About the Opportunity

The Director of Neuropsychology will:

• Lead and develop CBC's Neuropsychology program
• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults
• Establish and strengthen clinical standards and assessment practices
• Mentor, supervise, and support neuropsychologists and trainees
• Build relationships with schools, physicians, therapists, and other referral partners
• Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen Neuropsychology services
• Collaborate with CBC's clinical leadership and broader behavioral health team
• Participate in training, consultation, and professional development
• Help shape the vision, culture, and future growth of the program

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with at least two years of experience practicing in neuropsychology, with a strong background working with children and adolescents and a genuine interest in leadership and program development.

The ideal candidate is:

• Clinically strong and confident in neuropsychological assessment
• Passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families
• Collaborative, thoughtful, and committed to evidence-based care

• Interested in mentoring and developing other clinicians
• Comfortable taking initiative and helping shape clinical programs
• Ready to move from primarily providing clinical care into a broader leadership role
